Trusted Touch Therapies endeavours, at all times, to uphold the extremely high levels of cleanliness that our clients are accustomed to experiencing when receiving therapy. Cleanliness is an essential part in everyday practice within the health and wellness industry, so please be reassured that we continue to review and improve our practices inline with industry standards and government advice.

There are a number of things we can do to protect both ourselves, our families and our clients and we would appreciate your support in helping us all to stay safe.

In line with government guidelines, we would respectfully ask you NOT to attend the clinic if:

• You have visited an areas affected by the virus within the last 2 weeks
• You have been in direct contact with someone who has or is suspected to have the virus within the last 2 weeks
• You are feeling at all unwell with flu-like symptoms within the last 7 days

Please see our Cancellation Policy if you need to cancel your appointment at short notice due to Coronavirus Covid-19. 

In line with government guidelines, we would respectfully ask you to observe the following when attending clinic: 

• Sanitise / Wash your hands on entering and prior to leaving the premise 
• Feel free to use the sanitiser provided
• In line with current Government requirements, you will be required to wear a face covering on arrival, departure and at certain points during your treatment. Your therapist will advise you, so please feel free to ask
